Acknowledging the plight of members of the African Diaspora (especially the males) and seeking to help stop the racism and sexism that plagues America, TEARS OF GOD by Mylia Tiye Mal Jaza is the author’s 33rd published work, and sixth book released in 2019. Published with assistance from BePublished.org in June, Mississippi native Mylia Tiye Mal Jaza offers listeners a series of short speeches and essays that individually and collectively address spiritual and social constructs in place to hamper and assist Black men. Jaza hopes this “call to empower” Black men will ultimately improve lives and families around the world by helping African-American men gain support for the struggles they continually verbalize. The author also wishes TEARS OF GOD, with its use of select Bible verses, will position others to identify personal biases so corrective thoughts and behaviors can be put in place to allow the most mistreated of humanity to begin healing.
