The book that you have found is not just a book. It is a treasure that has been virtually hidden and forgotten for over 100 years. The Welsh revival is one of the most famous and impactful revivals in modern history. However, there has been very little written on it by actual eyewitnesses because of the belief that no person should take any credit for what happened. However, there were a handful of visiting ministers and journalists who did visit the revival, and they managed to spend time in the meetings and with Evan Roberts himself, and convince him to concede to an interview. Stead, who is one of the contributors to part one of this book, and the primary author of part two. As such, some of Stead’s writings in part one and two are almost exact copies. This is because Stead refers to articles he wrote in both areas, quoting large portions of them almost to the letter.
