He died while proofreading the manuscript of what would be his first book, Baffled to Fight Better . For the rest of her life, his widow transcribed and published books and articles edited from the notes of his sermons she had taken in shorthand. This collection brings together 24 of Chambers' best full-length works on subjects ranging from prayer to sin, from lessons on suffering to meditations on the Holy Spirit. They include Biblical Psychology ; God’s Workmanship ; If Ye Shall Ask ; So Send I You ; and Studies in the Sermon on the Mount .
