Set in the mid-1600s, in the backdrop of a small village on the west coast of Scotland famous for its ancient abbey, we meet Aradia, the youngest member of her coven and one of the few remaining covens left in Scotland. Following the introduction of the Scottish Witchcraft Act of 1649, Aradia and her coven sisters must remain hidden and out of reach of the Parish Ministers of the Reformed Church, who seek to root out and eradicate witchcraft and the very last of her kind. Staying hidden and safe from those who seek to destroy them, the coven must find a way to co-exist in secret, whilst ensuring their power and ancient knowledge is not lost to history forever. A story fraught with fear of discovery and accusation, of persecution and punishment, where fact and fiction are closely woven together to create a gripping historical fiction. Can the Triquetra Coven survive what is coming?
