Dreamcatchers trap bad dreams but some escape. Ellen Williams, a Native American who has the gift of foretelling the future, is at a loss to explain her recurring nightmares and uncanny premonition. When her brother’s old army friend, Travis Petersen, appears in her bookshop, Ellen can’t shake the idea there’s a strange connection between her visions and his arrival. Plagued by disturbing dreams Travis is struggling to salvage his life and, suffering from guilt of the car accident which took the lives of his wife and son, believes he has nothing to offer a woman. Ellen is accustomed to using her gift to help others, but is finding it difficult to cope with her own needs and emotions. Just as she is beginning to trust Travis, the discovery that he has been concealing another secret adds to her reservations. Brought together through threats to her livelihood, can the Ellen and Travis discover the link between them, and will it lead to happiness?
