Z Thornbrook and her pixie cousins are in the Army now. They've done something completely right—from start to finish for once—and they're excited to continue their mission. A little too excited. They've gotten a taste of what it's like to fulfill their orders and do all the weird magicals-in-the-Army things the right way, without getting in trouble or causing a minor international incident. But orders to go have fun on leave upends things and the pixie cousins aren't sure what to do with their free time. Z thinks it's a perfect opportunity for them to do their own undercover mission and infiltrate Arbitum. What could possibly go wrong? Pixies, am I right? What happened to grabbing a few beers and playing a little pool in a dive bar with cheap wood paneling? Z and her miniature crew have good intentions this time. Will that be enough?
