Auguste Dupin; it is today regarded as one of the first detective stories and is almost certainly the first locked room mystery. Auguste Dupin is a man in Paris who solves the mystery of the brutal murder of two women. Edgar Allan Poe was an American writer, poet, editor, and literary critic. Poe is best known for his poetry and short stories, particularly his tales of mystery and the macabre. He is widely regarded as a central figure of Romanticism in the United States, and of American literature. A true audiobook treasure for Goth, Poe and horror fans everywhere!
