In the past nine months alone, McGuire had been fired from thirteen different jobs - all of which had been upon the very first day. Unbeknownst to the companies who hire him, McGuire is playing an outrageous and secret game to see how many jobs he can get fired from in the most outlandish ways. When McGuire starts a new job for a once-popular toy company, he sees getting sacked as a formality. Yet, through a series of remarkable events, getting fired from this place isn't as straightforward as it first appears. Are his repeated failures to get fired just bad luck? Is it destiny?
