For cult audiences, Phil Willmott is best remembered as ship's science officer Finbow Lewis in 150 episodes of the satellite-television sci-fi soap Jupiter Moon . He is now an influential director - having directed over 40 productions around the UK, from Shakespeare to musicals - as well as a cutting-edge writer. Willmott is the artistic director of his own multi-award-winning theatre company, The Steam Industry, and an associate director of The Kings Head Theatre. As an arts journalist and critic, he hosts his own weekly arts show, Capital Eyes , on Resonance 104.4FM. For two years he was a theatre correspondent for BBC London's television news and website, and also for lastminute.com. He has been a regular critic for What's On in London magazine and BBC Radio's "The Lavender Lounge", as well as appearing as a guest on many other BBC radio shows, including Ned Sherrin's "Loose Ends".
