The war between the Freeborn and Commonwealth may be over, but the veteran crew of the Celia has learned that old rivalries die hard, especially when the captain and crew chief, both former Commonwealth Military, learn that the notorious Freeborn assassin Stormcrow has been living right under their noses as a crew member on their ship. But apparently, time can heal old wounds, and now they have bigger problems than fighting amongst themselves. Now as the Celia finally arrives at Porto San Lucia, the crew is hoping to get their crew mate treated and some questions answered, but things go south pretty quickly when a mob heiress is kidnapped while they are in port.
