Pregnant Eve needs to escape from her abusive husband, Kris, but her plans get ruined when she goes into labor on the first day of winter. Peter desires purpose and direction in his life and finds it in a church, but the devote pastor there threatens him with being removed unless Peter can help the pastor on a difficult mission to murder a young boy. During a civil war, three soldiers on a special mission stumble upon an enemy campsite and discover a journal containing information that raises questions about the truth behind the war. These three tales are part of a collection of 14 short stories that make up A Tremendous a Lot . Experience life with the characters as they do their best to make their way through the world. Follow them as they grasp for love, search for purpose, and strive to stay alive.
